Last updated: July 14, 2026

1. Overview

This website is operated by YOUSIFENG COMMUNICATION LIMITED.

Throughout this website, the terms “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to YOUSIFENG COMMUNICATION LIMITED. The terms “you,” “your,” and “customer” refer to any visitor, customer or person using this website.

These Terms of Service govern:

  • Your access to and use of this website.
  • Your purchase of products from us.
  • Orders, payments, shipping, returns and warranty services.
  • Any communication or service provided through this website.

By accessing this website, creating an account or placing an order, you agree to these Terms of Service and the policies referenced in them.

When you do not agree with these terms, you should not use the website or place an order.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits rights that cannot legally be excluded under applicable consumer protection laws.

3. Eligibility to Use the Website

By using this website or placing an order, you confirm that:

  • You have the legal capacity to enter into a purchase agreement.
  • You are at least the age of legal majority in your country or region.
  • The information you provide is complete and accurate.
  • You are authorized to use the selected payment method.
  • You will not use the website or products for unlawful purposes.

When you are under the applicable age of legal majority, a parent or legal guardian must place the order on your behalf.

We may refuse or cancel an order when we reasonably believe that the transaction involves fraud, unauthorized payment, illegal activity or an unacceptable security risk.

4. Account Information

Some website functions may allow or require customers to create an account.

You are responsible for:

  • Keeping your account information accurate.
  • Protecting your password.
  • Restricting unauthorized access to your account.
  • Informing us promptly about suspected unauthorized activity.

You must not use another person’s identity, payment information or account without authorization.

We may suspend or restrict an account when there is reasonable evidence of fraud, abuse, unlawful activity or a serious violation of these Terms.

5. Pre-Owned Products

Unless a product page clearly states otherwise, phones and devices sold on this website are pre-owned products.

Pre-owned devices are not factory-new and may show signs of previous use.

These signs may include:

  • Fine scratches.
  • Frame marks.
  • Corner wear.
  • Paint wear.
  • Back-cover marks.
  • Wear around buttons or charging ports.
  • Other cosmetic characteristics consistent with the stated condition grade.

Cosmetic characteristics that are clearly disclosed, shown in product images or reasonably consistent with the purchased condition grade are not normally considered defects.

A product remains subject to applicable consumer rights when it is materially different from its description, has a significant undisclosed defect or does not meet mandatory legal requirements.

6. Condition Grades

Our pre-owned devices may be classified using an A–D condition grading system.

The grade provides a general indication of cosmetic condition:

Grade A: Excellent pre-owned condition with minimal signs of use.

Grade B: Very good pre-owned condition with light signs of normal use.

Grade C: Good functional condition with more visible cosmetic wear.

Grade D: Acceptable functional condition with obvious signs of previous use.

A condition grade does not mean that every device within that grade will have identical scratches or cosmetic marks.

Product-specific descriptions and disclosures take priority over the general grade description when they provide more detailed information.

Customers should review:

  • The product title.
  • Model and storage information.
  • Condition grade.
  • Product description.
  • Available photographs.
  • Battery information.
  • Known limitations.
  • Included accessories.

Our detailed grading and inspection standards are explained in our Quality Standards policy.

7. Product Images

Product pages may use:

  • Images of the exact device.
  • Representative images of the same model.
  • Images representing the selected condition grade.
  • Manufacturer-style reference images.

When images are representative rather than exact-device photographs, the position and appearance of cosmetic marks may differ from the device received.

The device should nevertheless remain consistent with:

  • The selected model.
  • Storage capacity.
  • Color description.
  • Condition grade.
  • Product-specific disclosures.

Product colors may appear slightly different because of lighting, screen settings, photography or display calibration.

8. Product Information and Accuracy

We make reasonable efforts to ensure that product descriptions, specifications, condition information and prices are accurate.

However, occasional errors may occur.

We may correct:

  • Typographical errors.
  • Incorrect prices.
  • Incorrect specifications.
  • Inventory errors.
  • Product-description errors.
  • Website display errors.

When a material error affects an order that has not yet shipped, we will contact the customer and provide an appropriate option, which may include:

  • Confirming the corrected information.
  • Selecting an alternative product.
  • Cancelling the affected item.
  • Receiving a refund for the affected item.

We will not substitute a materially different product without customer approval.

9. Battery Information

Rechargeable batteries are consumable components and naturally lose capacity through age and use.

Where available, product information may include:

  • Battery-health percentage.
  • Battery-health range.
  • Charging-cycle information.
  • General battery-condition information.

Battery readings describe the condition observed during inspection and are not a guarantee of a specific number of usage hours.

Actual battery performance depends on factors including:

  • Applications.
  • Screen brightness.
  • Mobile signal strength.
  • Network use.
  • Background activity.
  • Temperature.
  • Operating-system settings.
  • Charging habits.
  • Device age.

A small change in displayed battery health after delivery does not automatically mean that the product was incorrectly described.

Battery defects and warranty coverage are handled according to our Returns & Warranty policy.

10. Parts and Repair History

Pre-owned devices may have been previously repaired or may contain replacement components.

Replacement components may include:

  • Display.
  • Battery.
  • Back cover.
  • Camera.
  • Charging port.
  • Speaker.
  • Buttons.
  • Internal components.

Where known and materially relevant, replacement components or repair information may be disclosed on the product page.

However, the complete repair history of every pre-owned device cannot always be independently verified.

Unless a product is expressly described as containing all original manufacturer parts, customers should not assume that every component remains the original factory-installed component.

A replacement part is not automatically defective solely because it is not the original factory-installed component.

11. Water Resistance

Water resistance is not guaranteed for pre-owned devices unless expressly confirmed in writing on the individual product page.

Original water-resistant seals may weaken because of:

  • Age.
  • Normal use.
  • Impact.
  • Temperature changes.
  • Previous repair.
  • Display replacement.
  • Battery replacement.
  • Back-cover replacement.

Customers should not intentionally expose a pre-owned device to water, steam, excessive humidity or other liquids.

12. Network and Carrier Compatibility

Customers are responsible for confirming that the selected device is compatible with their:

  • Country or region.
  • Mobile carrier.
  • SIM-card type.
  • eSIM requirements.
  • Network frequencies.
  • 4G or 5G service.
  • Carrier activation requirements.

A device described as “unlocked” generally means that no applicable carrier lock was identified during our inspection or verification.

Unlocked status does not guarantee compatibility with every carrier or network worldwide.

When uncertain, customers should contact their carrier before ordering.

When we expressly confirm compatibility with a specific carrier or country in writing, that confirmation forms part of the product information.

13. Software and Third-Party Services

We do not control:

  • Future operating-system updates.
  • Manufacturer support periods.
  • Application compatibility.
  • Mobile-carrier policies.
  • Cloud services.
  • Third-party accounts.
  • Future network changes.
  • Manufacturer servers.

An older device may stop receiving software or security updates in the future.

The absence of a future update or the later incompatibility of a third-party application is not normally considered a hardware defect unless we specifically represented that the device would support that feature.

14. Orders

Submitting an order is an offer to purchase the selected products.

An automatic order-confirmation email confirms that we have received the order. It does not necessarily mean that the order has been finally accepted or dispatched.

An order is normally accepted when:

  • Payment has been successfully processed or authorized.
  • Required order verification has been completed.
  • Product availability has been confirmed.
  • We dispatch the order or expressly confirm acceptance.

We may contact you to request additional information before accepting or dispatching an order.

15. Order Verification

To protect customers and reduce payment fraud, we may conduct reasonable verification checks.

We may request:

  • Confirmation of customer identity.
  • Confirmation of billing information.
  • Confirmation of shipping information.
  • Additional payment verification.
  • Confirmation from the payment provider.
  • Other information reasonably necessary to review the transaction.

An order may be delayed or cancelled when:

  • Required information cannot be verified.
  • Payment authorization fails.
  • The payment method appears unauthorized.
  • The transaction presents a significant fraud risk.
  • The shipping address is unsupported or incomplete.
  • The product cannot legally be shipped to the destination.
  • No suitable delivery service is available.

When a paid order is cancelled before dispatch, the applicable payment will be refunded to the original payment method.

16. Order Limits and Resale Orders

We may limit or cancel quantities purchased per:

  • Customer.
  • Account.
  • Payment method.
  • Billing address.
  • Shipping address.
  • Order.

This may apply when an order appears to involve:

  • Fraud or unauthorized payment.
  • Pricing abuse.
  • Inventory manipulation.
  • Circumvention of purchase limits.
  • Unapproved commercial resale activity.

Customers intending to purchase multiple devices for resale should contact us through our wholesale service before placing a large order.

17. Prices and Currency

Product prices are displayed in the currency selected or shown on the website.

Prices may change without notice before an order is placed.

The final amount payable is the amount displayed and confirmed during checkout, subject to correction of obvious errors.

When the customer’s payment account uses a different currency:

  • The bank or payment provider may perform currency conversion.
  • The payment provider may apply its own exchange rate.
  • Additional foreign-transaction charges may apply.

Currency conversion rates and bank fees are controlled by third parties and are outside our direct control.

18. Payments

Payments may be processed through authorized third-party payment providers.

By submitting payment information, you confirm that:

  • The information is accurate.
  • You are authorized to use the payment method.
  • The payment provider may process the transaction.
  • Required fraud-prevention checks may be performed.

Payment availability may depend on:

  • Customer location.
  • Billing currency.
  • Device.
  • Payment-provider eligibility.
  • Transaction value.
  • Risk review.

We do not guarantee that every payment method will be available for every order or destination.

19. Pricing Errors

When a product is displayed at an obviously incorrect price because of a technical, data-entry or system error, we may correct the error before dispatch.

When the order has already been paid, we may:

  • Contact the customer to confirm the corrected price.
  • Cancel the affected item and issue a refund.
  • Offer an alternative solution accepted by the customer.

We will not charge an increased price without customer authorization.

20. Product Availability

All orders are subject to product availability.

Because pre-owned devices are individually sourced, inspected and graded, inventory may be limited and identical replacements may not always be available.

When an ordered product becomes unavailable before dispatch, we may offer:

  • A comparable replacement.
  • A different color.
  • A different condition grade.
  • Store credit, when accepted by the customer.
  • A refund to the original payment method.

We will not send a materially different substitute without customer approval.

21. Shipping and Delivery

Orders are normally processed within 1–3 business days after payment and verification are completed.

International transit times vary by destination and cannot be guaranteed.

Shipping conditions, tracking, customs, delivery delays, address accuracy and damaged or missing packages are governed by our Shipping & Delivery policy.

Any delivery date or transit time displayed at checkout is an estimate unless we expressly confirm otherwise in writing.

22. Customs, Duties and Taxes

International orders may be subject to:

  • Import duties.
  • Customs charges.
  • Taxes.
  • Brokerage fees.
  • Carrier processing fees.
  • Other government charges.

When these charges are not clearly collected during checkout, they may be payable by the recipient directly to the carrier or customs authority.

Customers are responsible for confirming whether the products can legally be imported into their destination.

A refusal to pay applicable import charges may result in the package being returned. Any refund will be handled according to our Shipping & Delivery and Returns & Warranty policies, subject to applicable law.

23. Returns, Refunds and Exchanges

Returns, refunds and exchanges are governed by our separate Returns & Warranty policy.

Customers must contact us and receive return instructions before sending a product back.

Do not return a product to the sender address shown on the original shipping package unless we expressly confirm that address in writing.

The sender address may belong to a carrier, warehouse or logistics partner and may not be authorized to process returns.

Returned products may be checked for:

  • IMEI.
  • Serial number.
  • Product identity.
  • Cosmetic condition.
  • Functional condition.
  • Missing components.
  • Account locks.
  • Customer-caused damage.
  • Evidence of modification or return fraud.

Approved refunds are normally issued to the original payment method.

Nothing in this section limits mandatory consumer rights.

24. Limited Warranty

Eligible products are covered by the warranty period and conditions stated in our Returns & Warranty policy or on the individual product page.

The warranty generally applies to verified hardware defects arising during normal intended use.

It does not normally cover problems caused by:

  • Impact or drops.
  • Cracked glass occurring after delivery.
  • Liquid exposure.
  • Misuse or neglect.
  • Unauthorized modification.
  • Improper repair.
  • Incompatible charging equipment.
  • Customer account locks.
  • Normal battery degradation.
  • Normal cosmetic wear.
  • Carrier or network incompatibility that was not expressly guaranteed.

The remedy for an eligible claim may include repair, replacement, partial refund or full refund, depending on the issue, available inventory and applicable law.

25. Personal Data on Returned Devices

Before returning a device, customers are responsible for:

  • Backing up personal information.
  • Removing SIM cards.
  • Removing memory cards.
  • Signing out of user accounts.
  • Disabling tracking and activation locks.
  • Removing passwords.
  • Factory-resetting the device.

We may erase or factory-reset a returned device during inspection, repair or replacement.

We are not responsible for personal files, photographs, messages, authentication information or other customer data left on a returned product, except where liability cannot legally be excluded.

26. Fraudulent Returns and Chargebacks

We may retain inspection and transaction records for legitimate purposes, including:

  • IMEI and serial-number verification.
  • Return inspection.
  • Warranty review.
  • Shipping investigations.
  • Payment disputes.
  • Fraud prevention.

We may challenge a payment dispute or chargeback using relevant evidence, including:

  • Order records.
  • Customer communications.
  • Product photographs.
  • Inspection reports.
  • IMEI or serial-number records.
  • Tracking information.
  • Delivery confirmation.
  • Signature records.

A legitimate payment dispute does not remove any customer rights. However, knowingly submitting false information, returning a different product or making an unauthorized payment claim may result in account restrictions or referral to the relevant payment provider or authorities.

27. Website Availability

We aim to keep the website accessible and accurate, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

The website may occasionally be unavailable because of:

  • Maintenance.
  • Technical issues.
  • Hosting problems.
  • Security updates.
  • Network interruptions.
  • Third-party service failures.
  • Events outside our reasonable control.

We may modify, suspend or discontinue a website feature when reasonably necessary.

28. Prohibited Uses

You must not use the website:

  • For unlawful or fraudulent activity.
  • To submit false customer or payment information.
  • To infringe intellectual-property rights.
  • To transmit malware or harmful code.
  • To interfere with website security.
  • To obtain unauthorized access to systems or accounts.
  • To scrape or extract website data in a manner that disrupts the service.
  • To impersonate another person.
  • To place orders using stolen payment information.
  • To abuse return, refund or payment-dispute procedures.

We may restrict access when there is reasonable evidence of prohibited activity.

29. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated, website content owned or licensed by us may include:

  • Business names.
  • Logos.
  • Product descriptions.
  • Inspection content.
  • Condition guides.
  • Photographs.
  • Graphics.
  • Page layouts.
  • Written policies.
  • Website design.

You may view and use the website for personal shopping purposes.

You must not reproduce, distribute, modify or commercially exploit our protected content without authorization, except where permitted by applicable law.

Manufacturer names and trademarks remain the property of their respective owners. Their appearance on the website does not necessarily indicate sponsorship, endorsement or official affiliation.

30. Third-Party Services and Links

The website may include services or links provided by third parties, including:

  • Payment providers.
  • Shipping carriers.
  • Tracking services.
  • Social-media platforms.
  • Customer-support services.
  • Analytics providers.
  • External websites.

Third-party services may be governed by their own terms and privacy policies.

We are not responsible for the independent content, availability or conduct of third-party websites, except to the extent responsibility cannot legally be excluded.

31. Privacy

Our collection and use of personal information are governed by our Privacy Policy.

Personal information may be processed where reasonably necessary to:

  • Process orders.
  • Verify payments.
  • Arrange shipping.
  • Provide customer support.
  • Handle returns and warranty claims.
  • Prevent fraud.
  • Comply with legal obligations.

Customers should review the Privacy Policy before submitting personal information.

32. Disclaimer of Warranties

We provide products and services according to:

  • The individual product description.
  • Our Quality Standards.
  • Our Returns & Warranty policy.
  • These Terms of Service.
  • Applicable mandatory law.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we do not provide additional warranties that are not expressly stated.

In particular, we do not guarantee that:

  • A pre-owned device will be cosmetically identical to a new device.
  • A rechargeable battery will maintain the same capacity indefinitely.
  • Every device will support every carrier worldwide.
  • A manufacturer will provide future software updates.
  • Every third-party application will remain compatible.
  • A pre-owned device will retain its original water resistance.
  • An electronic device will never develop a future fault.

This section does not exclude warranties, conditions or remedies that cannot legally be excluded.

33. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we will not be responsible for indirect or consequential loss that was not reasonably foreseeable at the time of purchase.

Examples may include:

  • Loss of business revenue.
  • Loss of opportunity.
  • Loss caused by unsupported third-party applications.
  • Loss arising from customer failure to back up data.
  • Loss caused by customer account or password issues.
  • Loss arising from carrier incompatibility that was not expressly guaranteed.

Where liability can legally be limited, our total liability relating to a product will not normally exceed the amount paid for that product.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where exclusion or limitation is prohibited by law, including liability arising from fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation or other liability that cannot legally be excluded.

34. Events Outside Our Reasonable Control

We are not responsible for a delay or failure caused by events outside our reasonable control, including:

  • Natural disasters.
  • Severe weather.
  • War or civil disturbance.
  • Government action.
  • Customs restrictions.
  • Strikes.
  • Public-health emergencies.
  • Carrier interruptions.
  • Internet or hosting failures.
  • Payment-network outages.
  • Import or export restrictions.

We will take reasonable steps to reduce the impact and provide available information to affected customers.

Mandatory consumer remedies remain applicable.

35. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Service to reflect:

  • Changes to our business.
  • Changes to website functions.
  • Changes to payment or delivery services.
  • Legal or regulatory requirements.
  • Changes to our policies.

The latest version will be published on this page with an updated revision date.

Changes will apply prospectively and will not remove rights already acquired under a completed transaction where such rights cannot legally be changed.

36. Severability

When any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to apply to the extent permitted by law.

The affected provision should be interpreted or limited only as much as necessary to make it valid and enforceable.

37. No Waiver

A delay or failure by either party to enforce a right does not automatically mean that the right has been permanently waived.

A waiver will apply only to the specific matter for which it was given.

38. Entire Agreement

These Terms of Service, together with the policies and product information referenced in them, form the agreement governing your use of the website and your purchase.

Relevant policies include:

  • Privacy Policy.
  • Shipping & Delivery.
  • Returns & Warranty.
  • Quality Standards.
  • Refund Policy.
  • Any product-specific terms clearly displayed before purchase.

When product-specific information conflicts with a general statement, the more specific information will apply to that product, subject to mandatory law.

39. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, without excluding any mandatory consumer protections that apply to the customer or transaction.

Before beginning formal proceedings, customers are encouraged to contact us so that we can review the matter and attempt to reach a reasonable resolution.

Where legally permitted, disputes may be submitted to the courts of Hong Kong.

This section does not prevent a consumer from using another court, tribunal or dispute-resolution process when mandatory applicable law gives the consumer that right.
