Every phone is carefully inspected, matched with the order details and securely packed before shipment.

Most orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment and order verification are completed. Tracking information will be provided after the package has been handed to the shipping carrier.

Important: International transit times vary by destination. Any delivery date, transit time or arrival window displayed at checkout or communicated by our team is an estimate only and is not a guaranteed arrival date.

Order Processing Time

Most orders are processed within 1–3 business days.

Processing time begins after:

  • Payment has been successfully completed.
  • The order has passed payment and fraud-prevention checks.
  • The shipping address and order information have been verified.

Business days do not include weekends or public holidays.

Orders containing multiple devices, special requirements or additional verification may require more processing time. We will contact you when additional information is needed.

An order confirmation means that we have received your order. It does not mean that the package has already been shipped.

You will receive a separate shipping confirmation after the package has been transferred to the carrier.


International Transit Time

Transit time begins after the package has been handed to the shipping carrier. It does not include our normal 1–3 business day processing period.

International transit time varies depending on:

  • Destination country or region.
  • Available shipping carrier.
  • Selected shipping service.
  • Customs clearance procedures.
  • Local delivery networks.
  • Remote-area delivery.
  • Public holidays and peak shipping periods.
  • Weather conditions.
  • Security inspections.
  • Carrier delays or operational disruptions.

Because these conditions vary by destination, we cannot guarantee delivery by a specific date.

Any estimated delivery date or transit time shown at checkout is provided for reference only.

For urgent orders, please contact us before purchasing so that we can review the available shipping options for your destination.


Shipping Confirmation and Tracking

After your order has been dispatched, a shipping confirmation will be sent to the email address provided during checkout.

The shipping confirmation will normally include:

  • Tracking number.
  • Tracking link.
  • Available shipment updates.

Tracking information may not appear immediately after dispatch. The carrier may need additional time to receive, process and scan the package.

Tracking updates may also be temporarily limited while:

  • The shipment is moving between countries.
  • The package is undergoing customs clearance.
  • The shipment is being transferred to a local delivery carrier.
  • The local carrier has not yet scanned the package.

Customers are encouraged to monitor the tracking information and contact the local carrier when delivery arrangements are required.


Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated according to:

  • Number of devices.
  • Package weight and dimensions.
  • Available shipping carrier.
  • Selected shipping service.
  • Remote-area or special-handling requirements.

The applicable shipping charge will be displayed at checkout when available.

In uncommon cases, the destination may require an additional remote-area or special-handling fee. When this occurs, we will contact the customer before dispatch.

Any free-shipping promotion applies only to eligible orders and destinations shown during checkout.


Customs, Duties and Import Taxes

International orders may be subject to import duties, customs charges, taxes, brokerage fees or other charges imposed by the destination country.

When duties and taxes are not clearly collected during checkout, they may be payable by the recipient directly to the shipping carrier or customs authority before delivery.

These charges are determined by the destination country and are outside our direct control.

Customers are responsible for:

  • Understanding the import requirements of their country.
  • Confirming that the ordered products can legally be imported.
  • Providing any documents required by customs.
  • Paying applicable import charges when they have not been collected during checkout.

Customs clearance may increase the delivery time.

When duties and taxes are clearly collected during checkout, we will use the appropriate available shipping process for those collected charges.


Shipping Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping information, including:

  • Apartment, suite or unit number.
  • City.
  • State or province.
  • Postal code.
  • Country or region.

  • Email address.

Please contact us immediately after placing the order if any shipping information is incorrect.

We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after:

  • The package has been prepared for shipment.
  • The package has been handed to the carrier.

For payment security and fraud prevention, changing the destination address of a paid order may require additional verification.

Additional costs caused by an incorrect, incomplete or undeliverable address may need to be paid before reshipment or deducted from an eligible refund, where permitted by applicable law.


Order Changes and Cancellations

Please contact us as soon as possible when you need to request an order change or cancellation.

We will make reasonable efforts to assist, but we cannot guarantee that an order can be changed or cancelled after processing has started.

An order normally cannot be cancelled after it has been handed to the shipping carrier.

When an order has already shipped, the applicable return and refund terms will apply.


Signature and Delivery Confirmation

A signature or other delivery verification may be required for higher-value orders.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that someone is available to receive the shipment when required.

Please use a secure delivery address where the package can be safely received.

The following information may be used as evidence of delivery:

  • Carrier tracking records.
  • Delivery scans.
  • Recipient signatures.
  • Photographic delivery confirmation.
  • GPS or location records supplied by the carrier.
  • Confirmation from the local delivery provider.

Split Shipments

Orders containing multiple devices or accessories may be shipped in more than one package.

Each package may:

  • Have a separate tracking number.
  • Be handled by a different local carrier.
  • Arrive at a different time.

When an order is divided into multiple packages by us, the customer will not normally be charged an additional shipping fee unless the split shipment was separately requested or agreed upon.


Failed, Refused or Unclaimed Delivery

A shipment may be returned to us when:

  • The shipping address is incorrect or incomplete.
  • Delivery attempts are unsuccessful.
  • The recipient cannot be contacted.
  • The recipient refuses the package.
  • Applicable customs charges are not paid.
  • Required customs information is not provided.
  • The package is not collected within the carrier’s holding period.

When a returned package arrives back, we will inspect the shipment and contact the customer regarding the available options.

Any eligible refund may be reduced by actual costs that cannot be recovered, including:

  • Original shipping charges.
  • Return transportation costs.
  • Customs or brokerage charges.
  • Carrier handling charges.
  • Other direct delivery-related costs.

A new shipping fee may be required before the order is shipped again.

These terms do not limit any mandatory consumer rights provided by applicable law.


Damaged Packages

Please inspect the package as soon as possible after delivery.

When the outer package or product appears damaged:

  1. Keep the original shipping box.
  2. Keep all protective materials.
  3. Take clear photos of the outer package.
  4. Take a clear photo of the shipping label.
  5. Take photos or video showing the product condition.
  6. Contact us promptly, ideally within 48 hours after delivery.

Please do not discard the packaging before the case has been reviewed.

We may request:

  • Order number.
  • Package photos.
  • Product photos or video.
  • IMEI or serial number.
  • Shipping label.
  • Additional evidence required by the carrier.

Reporting the issue promptly helps us submit a carrier claim and investigate the shipment more effectively.

The recommended reporting period does not remove any mandatory rights available under applicable law.


Lost or Delayed Packages

When tracking has not updated for an unusual period, please contact us with your order number.

We will provide reasonable assistance and, where appropriate, request an investigation from the shipping carrier.

Carrier investigations may take several business days or longer depending on:

  • Destination country.
  • Shipping service.
  • Customs status.
  • Local carrier procedures.
  • Available delivery evidence.

A replacement or refund will normally be considered after the carrier investigation and available evidence have been reviewed.

A delayed shipment is not automatically considered lost.


Tracking Shows Delivered but the Package Is Missing

When tracking shows that the package has been delivered but you cannot locate it, please:

  1. Check with household members.
  2. Check with reception or building staff.
  3. Check with neighbors.
  4. Check mailrooms and secure delivery locations.
  5. Contact the local delivery carrier.
  6. Review any delivery photo or signature information.

Please contact us promptly when the package still cannot be located.

We may request delivery records, location information, signature records or other evidence from the carrier.

The final resolution will depend on the carrier investigation, delivery evidence and applicable consumer protection requirements.


Delays Outside Our Control

We work to process orders promptly and provide available tracking information. However, international shipments may be delayed by circumstances outside our reasonable control, including:

  • Customs inspections.
  • Government or regulatory actions.
  • Import restrictions.
  • Carrier network disruptions.
  • Severe weather.
  • Natural disasters.
  • Strikes or labor disruptions.
  • Security inspections.
  • Public emergencies.
  • Local delivery disruptions.
  • Incorrect or incomplete customer information.

These circumstances do not automatically qualify an order for cancellation or refund while the shipment remains in transit.

We will provide reasonable assistance and available tracking information.


Unsupported or Restricted Destinations

Shipping availability depends on carrier service, local regulations, import restrictions and operational conditions.

We may be unable to ship to certain countries, regions or addresses.

We reserve the right to cancel and refund an order before dispatch when:

  • No suitable shipping service is available.
  • The destination is subject to carrier restrictions.
  • The product cannot legally be shipped to the destination.
  • Required shipping or customs information cannot be verified.
  • The order presents an unacceptable fraud or delivery risk.

When an order is cancelled before dispatch for one of these reasons, the customer will be notified.
